Acquisition with US firm rockets Stryve to a global market

Stryve is delighted to announce that we have made a majority share acquisition with the US technology consulting firm, Futuralis.

This move will help Stryve launch our new multi-cloud service, offering unparalleled cloud expertise to help protect our customers’ data and help our clients become more resilient in an ever-changing cyber threat landscape.

The Stryve Group welcomes the technology firm headquartered in Maryland, USA. Established in 2011 by Aravind Pamula, the company employs more than 35 people with teams in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and Washington plus a development centre in Hyderabad, India.

The acquisition, in addition to organic hires of 20 people this year, brings the total employed by Stryve to over 100 people.

Stryve Welcomes a Stellar Cloud Client List 

Futuralis is an AWS advanced tier partner bringing impressive credentials and an illustrious client list to the Stryve offer. Amazon.com, Equifax, Nutrien, Zillow, The University of North Carolina, and Emmy® award-winning Felix & Paul Studio are among them.

One recent collaboration saw Futuralis help successfully broadcast NASA’s Artemis I Space Mission via the AWS Cloud, ensuring a highly engaging and first-of-its-kind immersive experience for audiences worldwide.

The Futuralis deal positions Stryve as a global multi-cloud provider with operations in the US, India, South Africa, Morocco, Poland, the UK and Ireland. This acquisition will enable Stryve to leverage Futuralis’ existing relationships and expand its reach within the industry. By combining their resources and expertise, Stryve has established itself as a global multi-cloud specialist, offering expertise in private and public cloud cybersecurity.
